Anyone who knows me, knows that I'm not a big fan of raw fish. There are the odd items that I'll eat (and some times enjoy) sushi, but I'm not the one who would suggest going out for sushi. Having said that I found the Tuna poke in Hawai'i quite enjoyable. It's a bowlful of sashimi grade tuna marinated in a special sauce that's a little salty, spicy, and flavoured with sesames.

The name Uncle's is in honour of all the "uncles" who would head out on boats every morning to go out and fish for tuna. The restaurant has a little video that plays in the background telling their tale. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who has a love of fresh fish and seafood in general.
